Assessing Student Progress

Most of our graduates proceed to either college or university when they leave us. Their success rate is very high. The schools scores on external evaluations place us at the top of the community rankings. Our teachers participate in many provincial pilot tests in order to become aware of the most current curricular innovations. The variety of assessment techniques in our school is second to none and we continue to attract a high quality group of students who work to their potential.

Student/School Achievements

Our school teams either win the city championships or are in the finals. We strive to "win with humility and lose with pride". Our students make us proud whether they bring home the gold or they experience defeat. Each year our students donate thousands of dollars to charities such as cancer research, Krohn's disease research, and the India Earthquake Relief Fund.

Plans For The Future

We will strive to maintain and enhance the respectful and caring catholic community which constitutes St. Joseph-Scollard Hall. All staff will continue to be empowered to grow, learn and innovate so as to keep our programs on the growing edge of societal change. We will strive to prepare our students for the optimal use of technology while maintaining the moral and ethical standards that are dictated by our catholic faith.
